So, what do you do when the story you want to work on (the one that's been in that damn WIP folder for years) just isn't happening? Do you pick up something else to work on? Try to think about the stalled story and contemplate what might be stalling it? Start something new entirely?

Enquiring minds want to know...

I work on something(s) else. it tends to help me break the 'jam' that's usually the problem.

That's presupposing I have time to actually write *anything* . . .

I'll move on to something else for a while, maybe work on another story, watch a movie, or maybe listen to music. I have found if you try to force it all you get is something you'll end up tearing apart in the long run.

I usually work on something else too, although I often find that a "jam" on one thing means a jam on everything. So then I try and vid. And if that's jammed too (which it nearly always is) then I read.

Something else, definitely, until it shakes loose. Sometimes, an entirely different fandom, even! :)

LOL = does this mean you're feeling a few stirrings toward M7? Perhaps a crossover, Steve and Danny hook up with the ATF crowd?

(Even though Steve and Danny could almost cross into Drifterverse . . .and CONGRATS by the way for the Ezzie noms! Lots of wonderful Drifterverse!)

I hear that Everybody Wins had a nomination, but that's the only one. Were there others? (I have no idea where to find them).
