Got a little over 1200 words written today! AND finally started that M7 alphabet challenge I mentioned awhile back - for which you gave me words...thank you very much.

Erm, well in answer to the question are we all writing this holiday weekend... I committed commentfic again, yet another example of being distracted when you're actually working on something else.  If I tell you it was written to a prompt in a fever fic meme you'll know what to expect...

Cabin Fever

And I may have left a couple of M7 prompts myself. You know, just to be sociable and because old west fevers are under-represented :)

I wrote this for a challenge at m7land over on livejournal, but it was during November. Someone here said it still counts... :p
Let me just say, I had not written anything for tm7 before November, except from one drabble, so this all is pretty uncharted terrain for me. :o

Title: "Father to the Man"

Author: Farad

Pairing: C/V
Rating: FRAO, but for issues not actual sex on-screen. (sorry)

Warnings: issues of death (but not the deaths of any of the Seven); issues of alcoholism

Author's notes: Special thanks to my wonderful betas and partners in M7-literary-crime, Charlotte C. Hill ([personal profile] charlottechill ) and Adonnchaid ([personal profile] adonnchaid ).  The last quarter of 2009 was personally – well, rough, and as with most things, I worked it out 'on paper'.
