NaNo, Day 5

Almost the end of the day, and much story pondering has happened. I keep thinking about all the editing I'm going to need to do, and I'm torn between rewrites and new writes.

I think new writes are more important right now, though...

How's it going for everybody else?

Despite the fact that I'm adding new stuff into previously written passages, I do feel that you (we) should focus on writing, and not editing. There's time for editing once the writing is done.

My day went nowhere, mainly because when I went to turn on the computer, I got a message along the lines that the operating system couldn't load. The hubby did get things restored, and he's hoping that the drive itself isn't bad, but it kinda ruined the writing urge for the day!

Yesterday was a bust for me - 0 words written at all (though many tests graded). Today, though, I will write twice as much, to make up. I will.
