Sunday! The day of rest! Except for writers, of course. I was pointed at a book recently that alleges to use "brain science" to figure out why writers get blocked, and then goes on to talk about how it's part of our "fight or flight" response to stress (the stress being the writing that doesn't go well) and we take flight by not writing at all. And the solution to all this is to make daily writing habits.
My response was that we didn't need a book on brain science to tell us that if we establish new habits, then we'll be more productive :)
Y'all are out there producing and making new habits, right???
