End of January!
Everybody still writing? I am, though it's not as much (school kicked in, first papers have come in). I do have a story almost ready for the International Fanworks Day is anyone wants to beta.
I also - well, I can't say discovered, as it was recommended to me a while back, but over the past few days I've gotten around, finally, to walking again and to listening to podcasts, and I started in on a series called "Writing Excuses". It's a panel discussion with four pro sci-fi and fantasy writers, each ep about 15 minutes long, and some good stuff - some of it I know already, but some good ideas about writing in general (recognizing passive voice by adding 'by zombies' to the end: if the sentence makes sense, you have passive voice.) Anybody got any other podcasts on writing that they like?
How's everyone else doing? Still writing??

I have two current stories near(ish) completion and two others which have been languishing since I was working on them back in November for miniwrimo.
My aim for next month is to write endings!
Thanks for the podcast link, I may give that a listen.

Writing - well, I managed to write all but 4 days of the month just finished, and got about 5800 words. Nothing finished (my eternal gripe), but a bit closer on 3 or 4 than I was before. Progress is progress!
