Yes yes yes to 3 and 24, and I also nodded at 21 Make No Excuses... and I'm sure I would be having more fun writing if I could get to it for longer than a few minutes at a time (which I think classifies as an excuse!) However, I am at an almost finished stage with something too, so yay! It's not classic AU, more an alternate canon or a parallel canon. I'm never sure.
