More fun cowboy terms!

A friend of mine posted this link from Mental Floss (so you know already it's got to be amusing!) of "27 Cowboy Slang Terms for Things You Eat and Drink".  Some of these may be familiar as the "Legends of the West" website is one of the sources.

I especially love 'love apples' - can't you see a conversation between Buck and JD about 'love apples'?  And Vin used 'gutwarmer' in "Working Girls", but that's the only one on the list I recall any of them using.

That's lovely stuff! I was quite taken with "belly wash" for really weak coffee - so beautifully descriptive and another one I can hear a few of them using - Buck for instance :D

LOL - yeah, for some reason, Buck is always the one I hear when it comes to these expression. I rather love that even Ezra turns to him for descriptive passages! *g*
